Stella McCartney has ALWAYS made the sort of effortless cool clothes everyone wants in their wardrobe. Understated, but no less glamorous, Stella has always nestled the sweet spot of style and functionality that not many brands have been able to fill. Stella has also been a trailblazer in sustainability, she has categorial refused to use any leather and fur in her collections since its inception in 2001 and loyal to her vegetarian lifestyle and the environmental responsibility she upholds, she uses recycled and regenerated materials to make her clothing. Yet for 15 years, the brand exclusively made womenswear and childrenswear but Stella is now adding menswear to the family of products. Last week saw the launch of her inaugural menswear line, drawing on what the brand describes as ” iconic art and subcultures across the eras” to reimagine timeless menswear pieces. Her newly released look book promises a collection of grunge-y cardigans, canvas slip-ons, logo tees and slogan embossed separates that we can’t get wait to get our hands on when it hits stores in early 2017!
Stella McCartney‘s menswear collection will be available for pre-order starting November 11th and available in stores starting January.
