Playing around in Paris with the Stüssy gang

STÜSSY AW16 CAMPAIGN

From Juergen Teller’s ads from the 90s to Tyrone Lebon’s from last season, Stüssy campaigns are always the best, bringing together great photography, great casting, far-flung locations and a sense of youth rebellion. Yesterday, the streetwear brand unveils its latest campaign which, this time around, was shot a bit closer to home – in Paris.

Shot by Lebon again, the campaign features the Stüssy crew (which includes his young brother Frank and model Lily McMenamy) in and around the city – dressing up as Marie Antoinette, posing by the Eiffel Tower and stealing the Mona Lisa. There’s also a guy doing a wheelie on a motorbike, and lots of people snogging.

The ad follows on from last season’s series which saw Lebon head to Jamaica, where he captured the island’s rasta, reggae and dancehall scenes.
